Marc Mendelson is a Michigan attorney and a partner in Michigan Auto Reimbursement Services (MARS). He has practiced law in Michigan for more than 30 years, with a focus on auto accident and personal injury claims.

Marc began his career at a large business law firm and then worked as an attorney for State Farm Insurance Company, defending claims on the carrier's side. That gave him a direct view of how insurers evaluate, delay, and deny auto claims. He then moved to the other side of the table, representing people injured in auto accidents.

At MARS, Marc brings that legal perspective to the work. He advises on contracts and compliance, and on accounts that may need legal action to get paid.
